By accessing or using qrapid.co ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

QRapid provides a free, browser-based QR code generator. The generator runs entirely on your device; no account is required and no data you enter is stored or transmitted to our servers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated QR codes will be scannable in all environments or with all devices.

Acceptable Use

You may use QRapid for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. You agree not to use QRapid to generate QR codes that link to or promote:

• Illegal content or activities under applicable law
• Phishing pages, malware, ransomware, or other harmful software
• Spam, unsolicited marketing, or deceptive communications
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for users who violate these terms.

Third-Party Advertising

QRapid displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Advertisement content and targeting are controlled by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the websites they link to.

Intellectual Property

The QRapid name, logo, website design, and underlying code are our property and may not be reproduced without permission. QR codes you generate using the Service are yours — we make no claim over the content or output of codes you create.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

QRapid is provided without warranty. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRapid and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any QR codes generated through it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the operator is based.
